Food Preparation and Production (Culinary Arts)
The Culinary Arts program at Adelphi College Malaysia is designed to amplify the food preparation and production expertise of our students by providing hands-on experiences and updated knowledge. Our competent professionals delve into the artistry of culinary creation and do wonders in the culinary landscape.
This program is specially designed for students who want to pursue a career in hospitality and culinary arts. It is based on developing fundamental skills, strong knowledge and ability to perform food production and food organization. Our students learn within a challenging work environment during their graduation years to excel in this niche.
We teach our students different cooking techniques in Western and Asian cuisines and train them for hot cooking, baking, pastry, and even butchering. In addition to organizing and preparing food, they also learn technical skills, including food product knowledge, patisserie, kitchen setup, and organization. On our campus graduates achieve a higher degree of professionalism to meet the demands and expectations of customers.

Lepasan Sekolah is a skills training financing scheme provided to trainees participating in the Skills Training Program commissioned by the Skills Development Department (JPK).
Financing Scheme
This financing scheme is provided specifically to School Leavers/Youths who wish to follow the Skills Training Program at either the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM), Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) or Malaysian Skills Diploma (DLKM) at registered Cloud and Private Training Centers with PTPK.
