Culinary Art students showcase their skills in an exclusive royal service

In January 2026, our Culinary Art students had the rare honor of serving at the 78th Birthday Celebration of His Majesty, the Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. From the grand Banquet Hall at Istana Besar Seri Menanti to the professional kitchens at Klana Resort Seremban, every dish and detail reflected precision, dedication, and respect for royal protocol. This is more than training—it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a moment of true honor.
